How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. US delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after that, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, or holidays.
How much is shipping?
Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see your full total before placing an order.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partners. Some items ship from overseas warehouses, which is why delivery can take up to about two weeks. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment, so please double-check your address at checkout.
Returns & issues
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. Some personal-care items can only be returned if they arrive defective. Read the full return policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review it and make it right.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Yes. Checkout is hosted and encrypted by Shopify, and we never see or store your full card details.
